About J.E. TAYLOR, Ed.D.

Jerome Ernest Taylor, Ed.D., is the Founder of The JET Group and a seasoned leader whose work spans education consulting, instructional technology, and relationship-driven real estate services. With more than 30 years of experience in the education industry, Dr. Taylor currently works in the field of education technology, where he guides the design and implementation of large-scale, AI-enabled STEM initiatives that support educators, systems leaders, and learners across the United States and internationally.

Dr. Taylor also founded a nonprofit organization through which he brings more than ten years of experience designing and leading early college and dual enrollment pathways—expanding access to postsecondary opportunities and strengthening college and career readiness for underserved student populations.  

 

Through The JET Group, he leads education consulting grounded in the B.O.L.D. Principle, advancing equity-driven strategy, high-impact instruction, and leadership practices that translate vision into sustained action. That same advisory mindset is thoughtfully applied to real estate, where he provides strategic, relationship-centered services as a licensed referral agent affiliated with Weichert Referral Associates Co., Inc.
